Terms of Service
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of cornerz.io. By using the site, you agree to them. Work for clients is covered by a separate signed agreement.
About the site
The site is operated by Cornerz, 3 Makram Ebid St, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. It describes our services and products and lets you contact us.
Enquiries and estimates
Sending us a message does not create a contract. Timelines, process details and example figures on this site are general information. A proposal or estimate binds us only once both sides have accepted it in writing.
Services and products
Custom development, support plans and use of our products (Retail Hub, Mijra, Neval and Elite) are governed by the agreement you sign with us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully, or send spam or misleading information through it.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data.
- Interfere with how the site runs, including with excessive automated requests.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design and the Cornerz name and logo belong to Cornerz. You may view and share pages for ordinary business purposes, but you may not copy or reuse the logo or content without our written permission. Ownership of client work is set out in the client's agreement.
Links to other sites
We may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cornerz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or for loss caused by relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions are welcome at ashraf@cornerz.io.
